Pursuant to the Canons of the Diocese of New York and the Religious Corporation Laws of the State of New York, official notice is hereby given that the annual election of the Parish Corporation of Holy Trinity Church New York will take place on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Balloting will continue until 12:15 PM. A meeting of the Parish will follow.
To be eligible to vote in this election, you must fulfill the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age by January 20, 2019;
- You have been baptized and have been regular in your attendance at worship in this church in the past 12 months; and
- You are a contributor of record to the financial support of the parish for at least 12 months prior to the annual election of the Parish Corporation.
If you have a question regarding your eligibility to vote in the annual election, please speak with the Vicar or one of the Wardens.
In order to serve on the Advisory Board, a person must be baptized and fulfill the same requirements listed above. The additional requirement to be eligible for election as a Warden is that a candidate must be a baptized confirmed (or received) communicant member of the Episcopal Church in good standing.
